We are seeking a seasoned identity infrastructure expert to lead our team in designing, building, and managing a robust identity environment.

As an Entra and Active Directory Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies to secure and scale our identity systems, while fostering a high-performing team.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee a team dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining our Entra and Active Directory infrastructure.

- Develop and execute comprehensive identity management strategies, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

- Integrate identity systems with broader IT landscape to optimize user experience and efficiency.

- Streamline operations through automation and scripting.

- Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve identity-related issues.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

- Cultivate a collaborative and productive team culture.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 14 years of IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Active Directory architecture and administration experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

- Demonstrated expertise in Entra (Azure AD) functionalities and concepts.

- In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- BE / B-Tech/ MCA.
