Job Summary :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights

- Build predictive and prescriptive models for real-world applications

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation

- Lead AI/ML projects from planning, execution, and deployment to final delivery

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and production readiness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical

requirements

- Manage and mentor junior data scientists and team members

- Document processes, methodologies, models, and outcomes clearly

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, machine learning algorithms, and data science

concepts

- Experience in SQL, data extraction, and data manipulation

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

- Ability to handle end-to-end AI/ML project ownership
