Job Title: Nexthink SME / Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Architect with extensive experience in End User Computing (EUC) engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Nexthink solutions and be a master in PowerShell scripting to enhance our IT operations and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Nexthink solutions to optimize end-user experience and IT operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes and improve system efficiencies.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.

- Monitor and analyze user experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Provide expert guidance on Nexthink integrations with existing IT infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nexthink deployments and configurations.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of End User Computing (EUC) engineering experience.

- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions.

- Strong mastery of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

- Knowledge of C# and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is an added advantage.

- Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools related to user experience.

- Relevant certifications in Nexthink or related technologies.
