About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer with 6 - 9 years of hands-on platform expertise to design, develop, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable CRM solutions, drive automation, and support the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

- Build complex business logic through triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and custom REST/SOAP integrations.

- Develop and configure Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes to automate business workflows.

- Manage Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.

- Write and maintain unit tests with minimum 75% code coverage; conduct thorough testing before each deployment.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, batch/queueable/schedulable), LWC, and Aura components.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL, SOSL, and governor limits.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools - Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code, Git, Copado, or Gearset.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I - Required.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II - Preferred.

- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) - Preferred.
