About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team and manage enterprise technology and SaaS implementation projects. You will be responsible for taking projects from planning through delivery, working closely with clients, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

What You'll Do :

- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.

- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.

- Translate requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with solution architects, developers, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.

- Track project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved as planned.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure clear and timely communication throughout the project.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, issues, and next steps.

- Identify potential delivery risks early and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.

- Maintain project documentation, requirements, action items, decisions, project plans, and status reports.

- Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities where required.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

- Contribute to improving project delivery processes, documentation, and ways of working within Nexbuzz.

What We're Looking For :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software, SaaS, technology services, digital transformation, or implementation projects.

- Experience managing end-to-end technology or software implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, QA, and business functions.

- Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.

- Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience working on enterprise SaaS or platform implementation projects.

- Experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, retail, customer engagement, CRM, MarTech, or related domains.

- Exposure to API-based integrations and technology implementation projects.

- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.

- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
