Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced BASE24-eps Solution Designer/Developer with 8+ years of experience in ACI BASE24-eps solution design, development, customization, and integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing robust payment transaction solutions, developing and enhancing BASE24-eps applications, and supporting integration with banking and payment systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using ACI BASE24-eps based on business and technical requirements.

- Lead solution design, architecture, and technical implementation for BASE24-eps applications.

- Develop, customize, and enhance BASE24-eps components and transaction processing flows.

- Work on ATM, POS, card, payment, and electronic transaction processing solutions.

- Design integrations between BASE24-eps and external systems such as switches, card management systems, core banking systems, payment networks, and third-party applications.

- Analyze existing BASE24-eps implementations and provide optimization and modernization solutions.

- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and solution architecture documentation.

- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues and provide root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and transaction-processing requirements.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in ACI BASE24-eps.

- Strong hands-on experience in BASE24-eps solution design and development.

- Experience in BASE24 transaction processing and payment switching.

- Strong understanding of ATM/POS and card-based transaction processing.

- Experience in designing and developing integrations with external banking/payment systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Good understanding of payment processing, authorization, routing, and transaction lifecycle.

- Experience working in large-scale banking/payment environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ACI Worldwide payment solutions.

- Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging and payment protocols.

- Experience with HSM, EMV, ATM/POS interfaces, and card networks.

- Exposure to Visa, Mastercard, NDC+, DDC or similar payment/network interfaces.

- Experience with Unix/Linux, scripting, databases, and application integration.

- Knowledge of high-availability and high-volume transaction-processing environments.
