Role :

The consultant is responsible for the implementation of SAP S4/ HANA for All Modules including PPS (Production, Planning and Scheduling). He will be accountable for establishing and defining workflows for SAP implementation. He will implement and maintain SAP ERP systems and perform daily maintenance on the SAP systems. Further he will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in SAP system and conducting and maintaining testing routines and conducting user trainings.

Responsibilities :

1. SAP B1 Administration & Support :

- Own end-to-end SAP B1 system administration on, including user onboarding/off boarding, license management, and authorizations.

- Manage SAP B1 landscape : databases, companies, add-ons, and environments.

- Perform monthly maintenance checks and license audits.

- Handle authorization on change requests and conduct mock audits.

- Act as escalation on point for SAP B1 issues and coordinate with vendors where required.

2. Business Process & Transactions :

- Support and execute live business transactions across :

1. Procure-to-Pay (PR - PO - GRN - Invoice)

2. Order-to-Cash (Sales Order - Delivery - Invoice)

- Lead complete P2P and O2C cycles independently.

- Participate in month-end activities including WIP review in BEAS.

3. BEAS (Manufacturing) :

- Administer and support BEAS Manufacturing configuration.

- Review and upload BOMs and Routings.

- Support production orders and FG reporting.

- Execute and review WIP and production-related reports.

4. Reporting & Analytics :

- Maintain and enhance reports using :

1. Power BI

2. SAP Crystal Reports

3. Zoho Analytics

- Manage datasets, refresh schedules, and troubleshoot refresh failures.

- Publish new dashboards and reports with scheduled refreshes.

- Run key operational reports (Open Orders, AR Ageing, FG Reports) independently.

- Review all reports and dashboards for accuracy and consistency.

5. Automation & Workflows :

- Support and modify existing Power Automate flows, Bots, and Creator workflows.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities.

- Deliver improvement projects end-to-end (dashboard, automation, or BOT).
