Network Project Manager - LAN Transformation & Infrastructure Programs

About the Role :

- Plan and execute enterprise-wide LAN migration and standardization initiatives

- Build rollout plans, project timelines, deployment waves, and transition roadmaps

- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and escalations

- Ensure successful delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards

LAN & Infrastructure Standardization :

- Work with architecture and operations teams to implement scalable network solutions

- Support initiatives related to switching, wireless networking, NAC, and network segmentation

- Ensure network solutions align with security, operational, and performance requirements

Stakeholder & Transition Management :

- Coordinate with global, regional, and local IT teams across multiple geographies

- Manage transition of network operations from local teams to centralized support models

- Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews

- Ensure smooth communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

Project Governance & Reporting :

- Manage project risks, change requests, dependencies, and escalations

- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and operational processes

- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Must Have :

- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure/network projects

- Experience handling large-scale migration, transformation, or rollout programs

- Good understanding of:

- LAN/WAN

- Enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN

- Switching

- Network Infrastructure

- NAC / Network Security concepts

- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting

Good to Have :

- Exposure to centralized infrastructure operations models

- Knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, or enterprise networking environments

- ITIL / PMP / Prince2 certification

- Experience in infrastructure transformation programs
