Key Responsibilities:

Network Operations & Administration:

- Manage and support enterprise Data Center, LAN, and WAN network infrastructure across multiple locations.

- Perform L3 level troubleshooting for complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Configure, implement, and maintain routing and switching infrastructure across Cisco and Aruba OEM platforms.

- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.

Wireless Infrastructure Management:

- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points (AP).

- Manage wireless infrastructure across Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper platforms.

- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of wireless networks across enterprise environments.

SD-WAN Deployment & Support:

- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions in enterprise environments.

- Work with SD-WAN technologies such as:

- Cisco SD-WAN

- Palo Alto

- HPE

- Versa Networks

- VMware Velocloud

- Fortinet SD-WAN

- Ensure optimized traffic routing and application performance across distributed networks.

Network Security Management:

- Configure and manage enterprise network security platforms including:

- Palo Alto Firewalls

- F5 LTM / GTM

- Implement and manage network security policies, firewall rules, and access control mechanisms.

- Monitor security alerts and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Data Center Networking:

- Manage and troubleshoot Data Center networking technologies.

- Implement advanced networking technologies such as:

- Cisco ACI

- VMware NSX

- SDN / SDA

- Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)

- Ensure seamless connectivity between data center and branch networks.

Incident & Problem Management:

- Handle major incident resolution and perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA).

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

- Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Network Optimization & Performance:

- Perform network capacity planning and performance tuning.

- Analyze network traffic patterns and recommend improvements.

- Ensure high availability and scalability of network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Networking Technologies:

- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (R&S) concepts.

- Experience with enterprise networking technologies including:

- BGP

- OSPF

- EIGRP

- VLAN / VTP

- STP

- HSRP / VRRP

Network Infrastructure:

- Hands-on experience in managing Data Center, LAN, and WAN networks.

- Experience with multi-vendor networking environments such as:

- Cisco

- Aruba

- Juniper

SD-WAN Technologies:

- Experience in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of any of the following:

- Cisco SD-WAN

- Palo Alto SD-WAN

- Versa Networks

- VMware Velocloud

- Fortinet SD-WAN

- HPE SD-WAN

Network Security:

- Hands-on experience with:

- Palo Alto Firewall

- F5 LTM / GTM

- Network security policies and firewall rule management

- VPN and secure network access
