Network Engineer - CCNA/CCNP Certified

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data networking and security infrastructure, troubleshooting network-related issues, and ensuring the smooth implementation and maintenance of network hardware and software.

You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.

- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to enhance overall network performance.

- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.

- Monitor network performance, identify potential problems, and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.

- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for efficient management and support.

- Perform routine network maintenance, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and security patching.

- Provide technical support to users and other IT staff as needed.

- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure network reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest network technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

- Participate in the development and implementation of network security policies.

- May be involved in project planning and management related to network infrastructure.

Educational Background :

Basic Desirable : Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.

Essential Skills :

Certifications :

- Juniper certification in Routing & Switching and wireless networking solutions.

- Security Certification (e.g., Fortinet).

- CCNA / CCNP certified.

- Experience in handling data networking and security products.

- Experience in troubleshooting and implementation of network routing, switching, and firewall products.

- Knowledge of server and IP networking preferred.

- Experience in network security, including the implementation and maintenance of firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

- Familiarity with server environments and virtualization technologies.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of prior experience in a related role
