Role : Network & Infrastructure Lead.

Experience : 5+yrs.

Location : Malaysia.

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Network & Infrastructure Lead to oversee and manage the Groups IT infrastructure, cloud environment, network operations, cybersecurity controls, and IT continuity planning across multiple operational locations.

Role Overview :

You will lead LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN infrastructure, manage servers and cloud hosting (Alibaba Cloud, Exabytes, etc.), administer Microsoft Office 365, and ensure robust cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery readiness across locations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize multi-location network infrastructure.

- Oversee server administration, patching & performance monitoring.

- Handle cloud infrastructure & hosting environments.

- Administer Office 365 (user access, licenses, email security).

- Manage firewalls, endpoint security & cybersecurity controls.

- Ensure backup, disaster recovery & business continuity planning.

- Coordinate IT vendors, renewals & asset management.

- Maintain infrastructure documentation & audit compliance.

- Provide technical leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in network & infrastructure management.

- Strong expertise in network design, firewalls & cybersecurity best practices.

- Experience in cloud hosting & Microsoft Office 365 administration.

- Ability to work independently and manage multi-location support.

- Certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cybersecurity) are an added advantage.
