Network Architect - Datacenter

Strategic Network Planning & Design :

- Develop and own the multi-year network technology roadmap, anticipating future business needs and technological advancements (e.g., Cloud, SDN, AIOps, IoT, Edge Computing).

- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural artifacts, including high-level and low-level design documents, network diagrams, standards documents, and business cases.

Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise :

- Evaluate, recommend, and select new network technologies, vendors, and services through rigorous proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and analysis.

- Set and enforce network architecture standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.

Project & Stakeholder Management :

- Translate complex business requirements into tangible network solutions and effectively communicate proposals, designs, and strategies to both technical teams and senior business leadership.

- Mentor and guide junior network engineers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Governance, Security & Compliance :

- Integrate security principles into all network designs (Security by Design), collaborating closely with the cybersecurity team to implement Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and threat mitigation strategies.

- Lead network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization initiatives to ensure the network meets and exceeds performance SLAs.
