Network & System Administrator - Windows/Linux Server

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the network and system administration team to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments ensuring high availability and performance.

- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware for efficient resource utilization.

- Administer LAMP/WAMP stacks to support web and application services.

- Configure and maintain firewalls, security protocols, and network monitoring tools to safeguard infrastructure.

- Manage collaboration and ticketing tools such as Jira and SharePoint to streamline workflows and communication.

- Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution.

- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs and strategic initiatives.

- Mentor and train junior team members to build technical capabilities and foster growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in network and system administration roles.

- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux system administration.

- Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technology.

- Proficient in managing LAMP and WAMP server stacks.

- Solid knowledge of network security principles and firewall management.

- Experience with collaboration and ticketing platforms such as Jira and SharePoint.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
