Network & Hardware Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs

- Manage physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V), and overall data center operations including rack, power, cooling, and disaster recovery

- Architect, deploy, and maintain hybrid and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Configure and manage cloud networking components such as VPC/VNet, subnets, routing tables, NAT, gateways, peering, and load balancers

- Implement and manage hybrid connectivity solutions including Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute

- Ensure infrastructure security, hardening, access controls, monitoring, backup, compliance, and audit readiness

- Support DevOps and application teams with infrastructure provisioning, performance optimization, and environment

readiness

- Troubleshoot complex network, infrastructure, and cloud connectivity issues across on-prem and cloud environments

- Create and maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and compliance documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in network and hardware infrastructure

- 3-5+ years of experience working in cloud or hybrid environments

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or SaaS platforms

- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation

- Experience managing physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V

- Solid understanding of data center operations including rack management, power, cooling, and DR planning

- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts including VPC/VNet design, peering, gateways, NAT, and load balancing

- Experience with infrastructure-level IAM, autoscaling, monitoring, and high availability
