Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure for enterprise environments.

- Provide expert support and administration for Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, and Azure AD.

- Handle cloud networking and security across major providers (e.g., Azure, AWS), including hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.

- Support customer engagements and provide end-to-end resolution for technical issues.

- Manage and troubleshoot large-scale environments (1000+ users) spread across multiple geographic regions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.

- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference and compliance needs.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.

- 2+ years of experience in Network Security Engineering, consulting, or systems administration - Mandatory

- 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience

- 1+ year experience with Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, or Azure Active Directory administration

- 1+ year of enterprise cloud experience (Azure, AWS, etc.), including cloud security and networking

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments with 1000+ users

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).

Relevant industry certifications such as :

- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, MCSA)

- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP)

- CISSP, CEH

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
