NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation

Description :

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Consultant with a strong blend of functional and technical expertise. The candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions, particularly across Core Finance, Record-to-Report (R2R), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in NetSuite ERP implementations focusing on Core Finance, R2R, and S2P cycles

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Map business processes to NetSuite functionalities

- Configure modules such as :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets

5. Procurement / Purchasing

- Drive process improvements and best practices in financial operations

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training

- Customize NetSuite using :

1. SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0)

2. SuiteFlow (workflows)

3. SuiteBuilder

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Create and manage saved searches, reports, and dashboards

- Perform data migration and validation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations

- Strong understanding of Core Finance, R2R, and S2P processes

- Hands-on experience with both functional configuration and technical customization

- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations

- Experience in financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement)

- Good understanding of accounting principles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications :

- NetSuite Certification (Administrator / SuiteFoundation / ERP Consultant)

- Experience in multi-subsidiary / OneWorld environments

- Exposure to integration tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft

- Experience working in global delivery models
