Role Overview :

As a NetSuite Technical Consultant at Clovio IT Consulting, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust NetSuite solutions for our diverse client base. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their unique business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing customized NetSuite functionalities.

You will work alongside project managers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders, ensuring successful system integrations, data migrations, and ongoing optimization, directly impacting our clients' operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and architecture of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and best practices.

- Develop and customize NetSuite functionalities using SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to meet specific client needs and enhance system capabilities.

- Execute complex system integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications using web services (REST/SOAP) and various integration platforms for seamless data flow.

- Conduct thorough data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems into NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for clients.

- Perform comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solution functionality and performance before deployment.

- Provide expert guidance on NetSuite configuration management, optimizing system settings and modules for enhanced business operations and user experience.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and business analysts to translate intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications and robust solution designs.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and integration processes meticulously to ensure maintainability, knowledge transfer, and future scalability.

- Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ongoing system enhancements to ensure continuous client satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Proven experience as a NetSuite Technical Consultant or Solution Architect, demonstrating 3 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in NetSuite implementation and customization projects.

- Strong proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for developing complex business logic, workflows, and custom records.

- Deep understanding of system integration principles and extensive experience with various integration methods, including web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and middleware platforms.

- Demonstrated ability in solution design and configuration management within the NetSuite platform, covering modules like ERP, CRM, and PSA.

- Expertise in data migration strategies and execution, ensuring seamless transition of critical business data with high accuracy.

- Solid background in testing methodologies, including developing comprehensive test plans and executing various test cycles to ensure solution quality and stability.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and efficient technical solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders across different levels.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, remote/hybrid environment, collaborating effectively across multiple locations and time zones.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
