Position : NetSuite Developer

Experience : 10-15 Years

Employment Type : Contract (3 Months + Extendable)

Work Shift : Night Shift (9 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM IST)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer with 10-15 years of ERP consulting and implementation experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, scripting, workflows, and enterprise system integrations. This role involves enhancing existing NetSuite solutions, developing new functionalities, and integrating NetSuite with multiple business applications to support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.

- Perform NetSuite administration activities, including configuration, user management, roles, permissions, and system maintenance.

- Design and implement SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder customizations, and SuiteTalk integrations.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations, scripts, and workflows.

- Reverse-engineer legacy solutions and recommend scalable improvements.

- Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and external applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and SAP Service Logistics.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Support system testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation activities.

- Ensure system performance, security, and adherence to NetSuite best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of ERP consulting and implementation experience.

- Minimum 23 end-to-end NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite Administration.

- Expertise in NetSuite customization using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.

- Strong experience in developing and supporting NetSuite integrations.

- Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with :

1. Salesforce

2. ServiceNow

3. Snowflake

4. SAP Service Logistics

- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- NetSuite certifications will be an added advantage.

- Experience working in global implementation or support projects.

- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms is preferred.

- Experience in Agile development environments.
