Role Overview :

As a NetSuite Developer & Administrator at LetzBizz, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining NetSuite solutions for our diverse client base. This dual-faceted position involves both hands-on technical development using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, as well as comprehensive administration and configuration of the NetSuite platform.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient NetSuite functionalities, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making capabilities, driving their success in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom NetSuite solutions, including SuiteScripts (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce), SuiteFlows, and custom records, to meet specific business requirements for clients across various industries.

- Administer and configure NetSuite environments, managing user roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data security and system integrity.

- Lead NetSuite integration efforts with third-party applications and systems using SuiteTalk, RESTful APIs, and JSON, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Provide expert-level NetSuite Support, troubleshooting complex issues, debugging scripts, and resolving system errors to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

- Conduct thorough NetSuite Testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Manage Data Migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of legacy data into NetSuite, and optimize data structures for performance.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive NetSuite Reporting and SuiteAnalytics dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making, including multi-subsidiary reporting using NetSuite OneWorld.

- Implement Configuration Management best practices within NetSuite, ensuring controlled changes and versioning of customizations.

- Participate actively in Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver solutions iteratively.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite development, including advanced proficiency in SuiteScript (all versions), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for complex customizations and integrations.

- Strong command over NetSuite Administration, including User Management, role configuration, permissions, and system preferences.

- Solid understanding of ERP principles, CRM functionalities, and business processes across finance, sales, and operations.

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, SQL, RESTful APIs, and JSON for robust development and integration tasks.

- Proven ability to act as a Technical Consultant, translating intricate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions and providing strategic guidance.

- Excellent problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Project Management concepts, particularly within an Agile framework, to deliver projects efficiently and on time.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Chennai, collaborating closely with team members and clients.
