Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain low-code business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrating these solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow).

- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize and analyze business data.

- Develop intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents where required.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Dataverse, and third-party APIs.

- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues; ensure high levels of system performance and reliability.

- Maintain proper documentation for application configurations, workflows, and custom connectors.

- Stay updated with new features and updates within Microsoft Power Platform and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Experience working with Dataverse (CDS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and REST APIs.

- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with governance, security, and administration of Power Platform environments.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, and JSON is a plus.

- Experience using ALM for Power Platform (e.g., solutions, environments, source control).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.

- Experience with legacy modernization using Power Platform.
