Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for Acumatica ERP applications. The consultant will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, user support, configuration, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless ERP operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Acumatica ERP modules, support processes, system integrations, and ERP troubleshooting while being able to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Acumatica ERP applications and related business processes.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, system defects, and user-reported incidents.

- Monitor ERP system performance and proactively identify potential risks and operational issues.

- Configure and maintain Acumatica workflows, dashboards, reports, and business process settings.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities within the ERP system.

- Work closely with business users to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions.

- Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with defined SLAs.

- Coordinate with internal development teams, third-party vendors, and implementation partners for issue resolution.

- Support ERP upgrades, patch releases, testing activities, and deployment processes.

- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge-base articles, SOPs, and user guides.

- Conduct end-user training and provide functional assistance when required.

- Assist with data validation, troubleshooting integration issues, and resolving reporting-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in ERP Application Support, including hands-on Acumatica ERP support experience.

- Strong understanding of Acumatica ERP modules, including Financial Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales Order Management, CRM, and Project Accounting (preferred).

- Experience troubleshooting application, integration, and data-related issues.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database queries, data extraction, and validation.

- Understanding of Acumatica customization framework and extension concepts.

- Experience supporting integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party systems.

- Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Acumatica Certification is highly preferred.

- Experience working in Managed Services, AMS (Application Management Support), or Production Support environments.

- Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Inventory, and Operations business processes.

- Exposure to cloud-based ERP environments.

- Experience with ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement projects.
