Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Oracle ERP SCM Cloud projects, designing and developing complex B2B partner integrations, and providing technical expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain modules. You will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical members to ensure successful project delivery and support.

Job Requirements :

- 9+ years Oracle ERP experience, with 4+ years in SCM Cloud

- 3+ years leading ERP SCM Cloud implementations

- Strong functional understanding : Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Invoice, Procurement, Supply Chain

- Hands-on expertise in B2B integrations (Forward & Reverse Logistics)

- Strong OIC experience : adapters, REST/SOAP, FTP, ATP, FBDI, BIP reports

- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, OTBI, BI Publisher, VBCS, Groovy Knowledge of Order Fulfilment & Reverse Logistics processes

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and ability to work in dynamic project environments

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SCM Cloud technical implementations and delivery

- Architect and develop complex integrations with external systems

- Collaborate with Business, QA, Architecture teams for solution design & issue resolution

- Provide technical guidance on Order Fulfilment & Reverse Logistics processes

- Manage production support, ensure business continuity of SCM systems

- Lead and mentor technical teams; manage priorities and deliverables

- Ensure adherence to best practices, testing standards, and documentation quality Develop system logic, integrations, conversions, and implementation plans

- Drive continuous improvement in system design, performance, and processes
