- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Build and customize SharePoint solutions, components, and integrations.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET solutions.

- Lead and guide technical teams, ensuring best practices in development and delivery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems.

- Implement and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, or React.

- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and ORM-based data access layers.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to standards.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in .NET development with strong exposure to SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams and projects.

- Strong expertise in :

1. C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API

2. Entity Framework, LINQ

- Experience with modern front-end technologies :

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript

2. Angular, Blazor, or React

- Solid understanding of database design and development, including SQL Server.

- Experience with ORM frameworks and data access patterns.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and associated services.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations.

- Knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, and Storage.

- Familiarity with security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
