About the Job :

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Fabric & AI Foundry to lead and design enterprise-level Data & AI solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, data architecture, and AI integration to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in driving technical discovery, defining architectures, and shaping AI roadmaps for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture for enterprise Data & AI opportunities built on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and the Microsoft data ecosystem.

- Support pre-sales activities through technical discovery, workshops, client presentations, architecture definition, and solution reviews.

- Collaborate with CDOs and senior data stakeholders to define target-state architectures and practical roadmaps.

- Design end-to-end architectures across ingestion, integration, transformation, lakehouse/warehouse, semantic models, governance, analytics, and AI.

- Present technical architectures clearly to both executive and engineering audiences.

- Bring current Microsoft platform knowledge into client conversations, especially around Fabric workloads, OneLake-based data architecture, AI integration, and agent-based application patterns.

- Help clients evaluate where AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry fits into their AI roadmap, including models, tools, agent development, observability, and governance.

- Contribute to repeatable assets, architecture patterns, demos, and points of view that strengthen NeoStats market credibility.

Requirements :

Mandatory :

- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud data consulting, technical pre-sales, or enterprise platform engineering.

- Strong hands-on and architectural depth across the Azure stack.

- Expertise in data architecture, including platform design, integration patterns, transformation, warehousing/lakehouse design, governance, semantic modeling, and analytics architecture.

- Deep technical expertise in shaping solutions, handling technical objections, validating architecture choices, and driving opportunities forward.

- Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, including CDOs and enterprise architects.

Preferred :

- Experience with AI and Generative AI architectures in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry, including model evaluation, agent development, orchestration, tools, and governance.

- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Data, AI, or Architecture.

- Experience in consulting-led delivery environments is a strong advantage.
