About the Job :

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of data-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and supporting analytics generation and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Translate business requirements into data and technical specifications for implementation.

- Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate execution of projects.

- Understand and interpret existing SAS, SQL, and Python scripts to support analytics and reporting.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

- Document data flows, business logic, and functional specifications to maintain project transparency.

Requirements :

- 6-8 years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Strong business and domain knowledge, preferably in product systems such as credit card systems or

financial products.

- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting SAS, SQL, and Python code.

- Hands-on experience in analytics generation and data-driven insights creation.

- Solid understanding of data requirements, metrics, and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration.

Good to Have :

- Experience in BFSI or FinTech domains.

- Familiarity with reporting tools or analytics platforms.

- Exposure to Agile environments and methodologies.
