Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Developer at Neebal Technology, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with a team of talented developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver robust and scalable applications. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications for our clients.

- Collaborate with architects and other developers to define and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

- Work with project managers to estimate effort, track progress, and manage risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise-level Java applications using J2EE technologies.

- Proven expertise in Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Data, Security) and Hibernate ORM.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful web services.

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and writing complex SQL queries.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with Webservices.
