Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional delivery teams.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of CRM-based solutions and related platforms.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

- Drive adoption of AI tools and best practices across development and delivery.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and security practices.

- Collaborate with architecture, UX, and infrastructure teams for seamless execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven 7+ years of experience managing teams in an IT services or product organization.

- Strong expertise in CRM solutions (design, implementation, and optimization).

- Solid understanding of AI tools, technologies, and current industry trends.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
