Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Prompt Engineering Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on optimizing interactions with AI components for our MNC client. You will be instrumental in developing, refining, and managing effective prompts for various AI/ML models, utilizing your expertise in Python, AI/ML libraries, and Azure cloud services. This role demands a strong understanding of large language models, API management, and NoSQL databases to enhance AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and refine effective prompts for various AI components, including OpenAI models and Document Intelligence services.

- Continuously iterate on and refine prompts based on model performance, user feedback, and specific business objectives to improve accuracy, relevance, and efficiency of AI outputs.

- Utilize Python extensively for scripting, data manipulation, and interacting with AI models and APIs.

- Work with various AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and LangChain to develop and integrate AI-driven solutions.

- Manage and optimize API Management for secure and efficient interaction with AI services.

- Work with NoSQL databases, specifically Cosmos DB and/or MongoDB, for storing and managing AI-related data and prompt configurations.

- Operate and manage resources within the Azure Portal, configuring and overseeing cloud services pertinent to AI and prompt engineering.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management of prompt engineering initiatives.

- Implement and monitor AI application performance using observability tools like Grafana.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-14 years of experience in a role focusing on AI/ML development, data science, or prompt engineering.

- Proven experience with AI components, specifically OpenAI models and Document Intelligence.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch and LangChain.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with API Management strategies and tools.

- Demonstrated ability to create and refine effective prompts for large language models.

- Experience with NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB and/or MongoDB.

- Practical experience working within the Azure Portal.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project and code management.

- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of AI model behavior and output.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate prompt strategies and results.
