Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of interactive, high-performance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Web Focus.

- Design robust ETL/ELT pipelines, manage data warehousing, including dimensional modeling, with strong SQL proficiency.

- ETL tools may include SQL or Python scripts.

- Integrate BI systems with backend platforms : Snowflake, cloud storages, Oracle, REST APIs.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into KPIs, metrics, and

visual insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Mentor and lead junior BI or analytics team members in development, dashboards, and tool usage.

- Stay abreast of BI and analytics trends, suggesting enhancements and adopting new tools and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in BI, analytics delivery, and team leadership.

- Strong SQL, Python scripting for dashboard automation and ETL.

- Deep understanding of data modelling, reporting architectures, data integration, and

visualization best practices.

- Experience with cloud data environments (Snowflake, AWS) and handling large datasets.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to present technical

insights to non-technical audiences.

- Experience in Agile delivery, documentation (BRDs, design specs), and delivery planning.
