Job Description :

Requirements :

- Total experience 6+ years.

- Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe with Natural-Adabas development and JCL.

- Strong experience in Natural and Adabas technologies.

- Ability to engage effectively with customers and business stakeholders.

- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements.

- Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of application development and technical solution design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business team.

- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural-Adabas technologies.

- Engage with customers to understand business needs, technical requirements, and application challenges.

- Gather and analyze both technical and business requirements.

- Translate business and technical requirements into effective technical solution.

- Participate in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.

- Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Natural-Adabas solution.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solution.

- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design and implementation.

- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
