Requirements :

- Experience : 7+ years.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations.

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.

- Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices.

- Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge.

- ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations.

- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.

- Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design.

- Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
