Job Description :

Requirements :

- Experience : 7+ years in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations.

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.

- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.

- Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage.

- ITIL knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations.

- Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within SPM and CSM modules.

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.

- Understand business requirements and support process standardization through effective platform design.

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Create scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

- Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required.

- Perform component integration testing and support end-to-end solution validation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.

- Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for platform improvements.

- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
