What Youll Own :

- Backend architecture and APIs powering live session orchestration, booking, matching, and payments.

- Agentic system design building workflows where AI agents plan, execute, and handle multi-step tasks autonomously in production.

- The AI-first playbook for the engineering team : tooling choices, workflow design, and standards that make everyone faster.

- Production reliability across distributed services monitoring, performance tuning, incident response.

- End-to-end feature delivery from design through rollout, collaborating with product and frontend.

- Mentoring engineers on both backend craft and AI-augmented development.

What You Bring :

The fundamentals :

- 5+ years building and operating production backend systems.

- Strong Go (Golang) proficiency.

- Real experience with distributed architectures, SQL/NoSQL at scale, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- A track record of shipping reliable, performant systems not just designing them.

- You use agentic coding tools daily Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar and theyve fundamentally changed how you ship.
