Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems for our clients.

- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready code.

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Optimize model performance and efficiency through techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, model compression, and distributed training.

- Develop and implement monitoring systems to track model performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation.

- Contribute to the development of our AI platform, enhancing its capabilities and usability for internal and external users.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to our products and services.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Proven experience in applying NLP techniques to solve real-world problems, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.

- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.

- Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based data platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
