Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across enterprise environments.

- Manage Runtime Fabric (RTF), CloudHub, Hybrid deployments, and Flex Gateway.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices.

- Deploy and manage MuleSoft on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

- Ensure platform security, API governance, and compliance.

- Perform platform upgrades, troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization.

- Support migration from legacy integration platforms to MuleSoft.

Preferred Certifications :

- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD)

- MuleSoft Platform/Integration Architect

- Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

- Azure DevOps Engineer

- Terraform Associate

- OpenShift Certification

Nice-to-Have :

- Multi-Cloud MuleSoft deployments

- API Governance / C4E

- Agentic AI / GenAI automation

- Migration experience from BizTalk, IBM ACE/IIB, webMethods, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, Oracle SOA

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate
