Description :

- Operate and support MuleSoft runtimes across (Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric (RTF)).

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot MuleSoft Runtime Fabric on Red Hat OpenShift.

- Strong understanding of OpenShift architecture (pods, operators, builds, routes).

- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and infrastructure.

- Automate deployments, environment configurations, and release promotions using Gitlab, Ansible.

- Implement and support one way TLS and mutual TLS (mTLS) for MuleSoft APIs and integrations.

- Monitor MuleSoft platforms using Dynatrace for performance and JVM metrics.

- Centralize logging and alerting using Splunk.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, certificate, and networking issues.

- Support DMZ hosted MuleSoft runtimes and secure inbound/outbound traffic.

- Support production incidents, on call rotations, and root cause analysis (RCA).

- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience.

- Provide production support for MuleSoft platforms and applications.

- Participate in on call rotation and support incident bridges.

- Perform triage, troubleshooting, and recovery during outages and degradation events.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings.

Required Qualifications:

- Hands on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform infrastructure

- Experience supporting Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric, and Hybrid/On Prem MuleSoft environments

- Strong Kubernetes experience, preferably Red Hat OpenShift

- CI/CD experience using GitLab

- Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and logging

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TLS, proxy, firewall)

- Linux system administration skills.

- knowledge of Infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
