We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Administrator / Integration Engineer who can independently manage MuleSoft production environments, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and provide hands-on support for both MuleSoft applications and on-premises runtime infrastructure.

The candidate should be a strong individual contributor capable of handling production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating with client teams, gathering requirements, and driving issues through resolution.

The role requires strong experience with MuleSoft, Anypoint Platform, on-premises Mule runtime/cluster administration, Oracle/CDM, Azure Event Hub, and Azure APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Independently manage and support MuleSoft production environments.

- Monitor MuleSoft applications, APIs, runtimes, queues, flows, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, application failures, performance issues, and integration errors.

- Hands-on experience administering MuleSoft Runtime Fabric / on-premises Mule runtime infrastructure or Mule clusters, as applicable to the environment.

Required Technical Skills :

- MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform, Mule 4.

- Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager.

- Anypoint Studio, CloudHub and/or on-premises Mule runtime.

- Mule application deployment and production support.

- Mule runtime/cluster and node troubleshooting.

- DataWeave.

- RAML / API-led connectivity.

- REST and SOAP integrations.

- HTTP, SFTP, Database and other Mule connectors.

- Oracle / SQL.

- Oracle CDM / Customer Data Management.
