Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Administrator to manage, monitor, and support our MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments. The role involves platform administration, runtime management, security configuration, monitoring, and supporting integration teams to ensure high availability and performance of MuleSoft-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Administration :

- Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub and/or Runtime Fabric)

- Manage environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and runtime deployments

- Configure and maintain Anypoint Access Management (users, roles, permissions)

- Handle VPC, VPN, load balancers, and networking configurations

Monitoring & Operations :

- Monitor APIs, applications, and integrations using Anypoint Monitoring

- Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts; perform root cause analysis

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of Mule runtimes

- Manage incident response, escalation, and resolution

Security & Compliance :

- Configure OAuth 2.0, client ID enforcement, TLS, and certificate management

- Manage secrets, keystores, trust stores, and credentials securely

- Enforce security policies, API governance, and best practices

- Support compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO, etc., where applicable)

CI/CD & Release Support :

- Support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Coordinate deployments, rollbacks, and version upgrades

- Assist with Mule runtime upgrades and patching

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with integration developers, architects, and DevOps teams

- Provide operational support during releases and production issues

- Document SOPs, runbooks, and platform configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a MuleSoft Administrator or Support Engineer

- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

- Experience with CloudHub and/or Runtime Fabric

- Knowledge of API management, policies, and gateways

- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting

- Strong understanding of networking, security, and SSL/TLS

- Experience with Linux, basic scripting, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git-based version control

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Administrator

- Experience supporting healthcare or regulated environments

- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform

- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns
