What are we looking for you to do ?

- Server-Side Application Development: Create and maintain server-side application logic to support our software solutions.

- Front-End Collaboration: Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate front-end elements and components with the server-side logic.

- Code Quality: Write high-quality, readable, and testable code that meets coding standards and best practices.

- Application Optimization: Design and optimize applications for high performance, availability, and low latency to enhance user experience.

- Security and Data Protection: Work on implementing security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

- Data Storage Solutions: Incorporate data storage solutions such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc., to manage and store application data effectively.

- Team Collaboration: Attend daily stand-ups with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and priorities.

- Support Operations Teams: Provide support to Service Ops, DevOps, and QA teams by assisting with queries and testing tasks.

- Code Review: Conduct code reviews for junior developers to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing.

- Code Deployment: Facilitate code merging and deployment processes through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

AI Proficiency Requirements :

- Proven experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) as part of day-to-day development workflows, including code generation, review, debugging, or test case creation.

- Ability to demonstrate measurable productivity improvements through AI tool adoption.

- Experience evaluating and recommending AI tools for team use.

- Willingness to continuously explore and adopt new AI-powered development tools and practices.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate ?

- 5+ years of minimum experience on Node JS.

- Contribute to the high performance of the agile-development lifecycle by ensuring productive, consistent, and successful sprints by working to reduce blocking issues for the team.

- Maintain existing code base by identifying and correcting the defects.

- Participate in discovery calls and requirement gatherings.

- Translate business requirements into applications by implementing the best strategy to ensure the design meets performance, usability, reliability, and scalability standards with the help team members.

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
