Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in X++ development, integrations, and customizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting D365 F&O solutions while collaborating with functional and business teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications using X++.

- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external business applications using Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, Custom Services, Business Events, and Azure Integration Services.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and extend tables, forms, classes, workflows, reports, security artifacts, and business logic following Microsoft best practices.

- Create and maintain Data Entities, DMF configurations, batch jobs, and automation processes.

- Develop and customize SSRS reports and document reporting solutions.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and support UAT cycles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and perform root cause analysis.

- Participate in build, release, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and Microsoft-recommended development practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality, performance, and user experience.

- Provide post-production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX Technical Development.

- Strong expertise in X++, COC (Chain of Command), Event Handlers, Extensions, and Customizations.

- Experience with Forms, Tables, Classes, Data Entities, Security Roles, Menus, and Workflows.

- Hands-on experience in SSRS Reports development and customization.

- Strong knowledge of integrations using OData, REST APIs, Custom Services, and Business Events.

- Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF) and data migration activities.

- Good understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines, and source control.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Power Platform.

- Exposure to end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
