Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics CRM :

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our team.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- MS Dynamics CRM with PowerApps (Canvas & Model Drive App), Power Automate, PCF, Azure Functions, Dotnet and C#

Responsibilities :

- Strong knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, account management, contact management, and policy sales lifecycle.

- Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development.

- Experience with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies.

- Experience with AI powered sales capabilities within the platform, including copilot, AI Agents, lead qualification, sales automation, and conversational AI (good to have).
