Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical professional to join our dynamic team in Metroswith. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, leveraging your expertise in customization, configuration, and development to meet specific business needs.

- Implement and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, such as Azure services and SQL Server databases, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across the organization.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, minimizing disruptions and ensuring optimal system performance for end-users.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the long-term maintainability of solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including custom entities, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

- Proven expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.

- Strong understanding of SQL Server database design and development, including the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely.

- 5-9 years of experience in MS Dynamics,CRM,MS Dynamics 365,Azure,SQL Server,Solution Design.
