We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Azure integration, Power Platform, custom development, AI Copilots/agents, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and technical designs.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE using appropriate platform capabilities and custom development.

- Develop custom solutions using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML.

- Design and implement integrations using Azure Integration Services and APIs.

- Build business process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Design and implement AI Copilots and AI agents within the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

- Manage release planning, deployments, version control, and production releases.

- Conduct technical design and code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Troubleshoot complex CRM, integration, and application issues and drive root-cause resolution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, architects, and other technology teams.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Ensure solutions follow appropriate standards for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and governance.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture and customization.

- Strong experience with Azure Integration Services.

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and FetchXML.

- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Experience designing and implementing AI Copilots and AI agents.

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.

- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
