Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Architecture : Participate in business process design sessions, document requirements, and architect CRM solutions aligned with organizational processes.

- Customization & Development : Build/configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business process flows; develop plugins, solutions, and debug issues.

- Power Platform & Automation : Design D365 CDS, PowerApps models; automate processes via Microsoft Flow; develop Azure Data Factory pipelines.

- Reporting & Data : Create reports using FetchXML; manage data flows and ETL processes.

- Support & Maintenance : Resolve CRM and server issues, maintain code repositories (GitHub), and use CRM SDK/APIs for administration.

- Collaboration : Work with platform services teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline.

- Experience : 8-12+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects.

- Technical Skills :

1. CRM customization (JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, SQL Server)

2. Plugins, scripting, form creation

3. Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines

4. GitHub source control, CRM APIs (REST/OData/SOAP)

5. CRM security roles, teams, and configurations

- Preferred : O365 integration with Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Mobility solutions; Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification.
