Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing enterprise CRM solutions, developing integrations, and automating business processes using Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles, and business process flows.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.

- Build enterprise applications using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Design and implement Power Apps Dataflows for data migration, transformation, and integration.

- Develop and maintain cloud-based automation workflows using Power Automate.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Perform solution deployment, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills :

- 9-11 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.

- Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Apps Dataflows, and Power Automate (Cloud Flows).

- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customization, including entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security models.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Dynamics 365 plugin development.

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Power BI, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.

- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
