Job Summary :

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance modules.

The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyse requirements, configure solutions, support testing activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support D365 Finance modules including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets (FA)

5. Bank Management

6. Cash & Bank Management

7. Budgeting

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, business process analysis, and fit-gap workshops.

- Prepare functional design documents and solution specifications.

- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.

- Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.

- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

- Deliver end-user training and create user documentation.

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and local statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience as a D365 Finance Functional Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance modules.

- Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and solution design.

- Knowledge of data migration, testing methodologies, and UAT support.

- Experience working with financial reporting and statutory compliance requirements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
