We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 610 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in finance and manufacturing modules, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for Finance and Manufacturing modules

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Production Control, and Inventory Management

- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business needs

- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration

- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities

- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization

- Ensure best practices and compliance with Microsoft standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O as a Functional Consultant

- Strong expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and Manufacturing (BOM, Production, MRP, Costing)

- Experience in full lifecycle implementations (end-to-end projects)

- Strong knowledge of business processes in finance and manufacturing domains

- Ability to perform Fit-Gap analysis and solution design

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
