MS Dynamics 365/F&O Solution Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define architecture strategies, ensure best practices, and drive successful project execution across multi-country environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, upgrades, and transformations.

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define functional and technical solution roadmaps.

- Architect scalable solutions across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Production.

- Design and oversee end-to-end system integrations with third-party applications, ISV solutions, and external systems.

- Define and implement data migration, data governance, and data management strategies.

- Provide Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimations and support pre-sales activities including solution proposals and client presentations.

- Lead cloud deployment strategies (Azure-based), including hybrid and multi-environment landscapes.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.

- Drive multi-country rollouts, localization strategies, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, DevOps, and business users.

- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and technical excellence.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX architecture

- Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment, monitoring, and environment management

- Deep understanding of functional modules : Finance Supply Chain Management Production / Manufacturing

- Experience with integration frameworks (OData, APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus)

- Knowledge of data entities, data migration tools, and data management frameworks
