Job Description :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 FO.

- Strong proficiency in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, focusing on financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Project Accounting.

- The consultant should be able to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful adoption.

- Experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple areas of ERP Business Processes, functional design, testing, UAT and support experience.

- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills.

- Experience working in an Agile project methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex D365 F&O solutions to ensure alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.

- Architect robust technical frameworks and integration strategies to optimize financial and supply chain processes for high-growth organizations.

- Mentor and provide technical oversight to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performance delivery across multiple workstreams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by translating complex technical constraints into clear, actionable business insights that drive informed decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in existing implementations and proposing innovative enhancements that maximize return on investment.
