Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Sales solutions.

- Customize entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

- Configure project planning, resource management, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and time & expense management.

- Implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, quotations, and customer relationship management.

- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, Finance & Operations, and third-party applications.

- Develop functional design documents, solution documentation, and user guides.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.

- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure solution quality, compliance with Microsoft best practices, and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 48 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 Sales.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, sales processes, CRM best practices, and business process automation.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.

- Knowledge of integrations using Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, APIs, or related technologies.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certifications.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integration.

- Understanding of Project Management, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and ERP processes.

- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard development using Power BI.

- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach.
